Tippin Corporation opportunistically develops landmark properties worldwide. Through the strategic blend of iconic architecture with emerging economies, the company successfully turns art into profits.

Philosophy

Tippin believes that well located architectural landmarks deliver extraordinary returns, derived from our innate desire for sensory stimulation, prestige, identity and a nostalgic connection with the past.  Tippin believes that “architecture is the paradigm of useful art” and creates fashionable alternatives to conventional environments.

Strategy

Tippin targets countries with high growth potential as a result of favorable geo-political and socio-economic change, and develops landmark architecture to address spatial and aesthetic voids.

Criteria

Tippin acquires properties in capital cities worldwide.  Current geographic focus is on Central and Eastern Europe and CIS countries. Current redevelopment projects include a former stock exchange, transformer station, airport city.  Typical project size is $20 - $100 million.  Preferred offerings include government privatizations and auctions.
