Tippin Corporation
opportunistically develops landmark properties worldwide. Through the
strategic blend of iconic architecture with emerging economies,
the company successfully turns art into profits.
|
Tippin believes that well located
architectural landmarks deliver
extraordinary returns, derived from our innate desire for sensory
stimulation, prestige, identity and a nostalgic connection with the past. Tippin believes that “architecture is the paradigm of useful art” and
creates fashionable alternatives to
conventional environments.
Tippin targets countries with high growth
potential as a result of favorable geo-political and socio-economic
change, and develops landmark architecture to address spatial and
aesthetic voids.
|
Criteria |
Tippin acquires properties
in capital cities worldwide. Current geographic focus is on
Central and Eastern Europe and CIS countries. Current
redevelopment projects include a former stock exchange, transformer
station, airport city. Typical project size is
$20 - $100 million. Preferred offerings include government privatizations
and
auctions.
