Tippin Corporation opportunistically develops landmark properties worldwide. Through the strategic blend of iconic landmarks with emerging economies, the company successfully turns architecture into profits.

Philosophy

We believe that well located architectural landmarks deliver extraordinary returns, derived from our innate desire for sensory stimulation, prestige, identity and a nostalgic connection with the past. "Architecture is the paradigm of useful art" and we create fashionable alternatives to conventional environments.

Strategy

We target countries with high growth potential as a result of favorable geo-political and socio-economic change, and develop landmark architecture to address spatial and aesthetic voids.

Criteria

We acquire properties in capital cities worldwide. Our current geographic focus is on Central and Eastern Europe. Redevelopment projects include a stock exchange, transformer station and an airport.
