Michael founded Tippin Corporation in 1996, to profitably preserve architectural landmarks. The company has completed 15 high profile historic redevelopment projects, including the iconic Flatiron buildings in Toronto and Atlanta.  Since 2006 the company has focused on Central and Eastern Europe where it is currently redeveloping the former stock exchange palace in Budapest, Humboldt transformer station in Berlin and part of Tbilisi International Airport in Georgia.

Michael has successfully invested over $1 billion during his 18 year career. He co-invests with several of the world’s most prestigious institutions. Michael was formerly the Managing Director of Intracorp Developments Canada, and Investment Manager at Prudential of England and GPM Canada.

Michael holds degrees in Urban Economics and International Business from York University, and was trained as a chartered property surveyor. Michael is a Canadian citizen.
